Mets activate Castillo from DLBaseball Betting Lines07/19/2010 - Phoenix, AZ (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - New York Mets second baseman Luis Castillo, who has been out since June 2 due to a bruised right heel, was activated from the 15-day disabled list Monday. Castillo is hitting .241 with 14 RBI in 44 games this season. He went 2-for-13 at Single-A St. Lucie on a recent rehabilitation assignment. The Mets also optioned infielder Ruben Tejada to Triple-A Buffalo. He's hitting .212 with five RBI in 35 games.
