Portland, OR (Sports Network) - Portland Trail Blazers guard Brandon Roy underwent successful surgery Friday to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee. According to the team's Twitter feed, Roy will be out at least one to two weeks. He will be sidelined for the Blazers' first-round playoff matchup against Phoenix, which begins Sunday. Roy, who averaged a team-high 21.5 points per game, was injured in this past Sunday's win over the Lakers and missed Portland's final two regular season games.
